Converting shoes sizes from UK to USA is easy enough, although many shoe manufacturers run different sizes as well. For instance, loafers and designer shoes tend to run in smaller sizes where on the other hand, men's shoes such as Converse will run in bigger sizes. This can make ordering shoes online a little tougher, although no reason why you can't order your penny loafers from overseas.
